My Tribute

When I think of Richard Hunt, I think of happy childhood memories, sitting in front of (or sometimes on top of) the tv and watching something that had Muppets in it. And really, it was a weird connection I felt with his characters. No matter who the character was, I always thought that they were my friends. Whenever they were on the screen, I sat still and paid attention. That’s a pretty amazing feat, seeing that I was quite the energetic four-year-old. Even now, I find that happening. I’ll be watching an episode of "The Muppet Show", "Fraggle Rock", or an old episode of "Sesame Street", and whenever I hear one of his wonderfully unique voices, I stop what I’m doing and see what’s going on. Sometimes things never change. And, I hope they never do.
